We are looking for 5 HGV class 2 Drivers to report into the Transport team. If you are working on ‘Distance’ (outside West Yorkshire) your duties will be planned and assigned the day before by our Transport Planners, if you are working on ‘Locals’ (inside West Yorkshire) your duties will be planned overnight by our Transport Co-ordinator, in line with business and customer needs.
You will need great communication skills - as one of our Drivers we understand that delays can happen on our roads through circumstances beyond your control. It is important that you communicate these delays efficiently so that we can plan around them and make sure that you get the support you need. Your role is crucial to providing the right service so that we do not disappoint our customers.
You are expected to have a Class 2 Licence and a Driver CPC Qualification with at least 2 years multi-drop experience with a flexible approach to days and hours of work.
The hours of work are 50 hours per week, 07:30 – 18:00, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday working.

We are looking for a Class 1 & 2 Cover Drivers to support our Contract Department. It is essential that the applicant has a Class 1 or 2 licence and have driven this category of vehicle within the last 2 years. Flexibility in shift times, hours of work and duties is essential, with experience of working within the pallet network.

Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are consistently completed to agreed cost, service, efficiency and time measures agreed. FLT Warehouse Operative – PM Shift
45 hours per week, 3.30pm to 1am shift, Weekdays with occasional weekends. Banked hours in operation.

It’s about commitment to the job and getting it done on time and to the highest standard. Ensuring goods are picked and despatched in a first class condition, completing all necessary paperwork and creating a great impression of the business.
You will be expected to work as part a team fulfil all customer requirements in a timely and professional manner in line with set SOP’s, carry out tasks outlined by the Warehouse Controller and Manager ensuring work is completed to a high standard at all times.
Providing Flexi and Counter balance skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working alongside other warehouse operatives pick and palletise goods and ensure the pallets are wrapped safely and labelled correctly.
- Utilising Flexi and Counterbalance trucks daily.
- This on occasion will require orders to be picked using a manual hand truck so manoeuvring various weights will be required.
- Items been picked daily weight from 1KG to 40KG but dependant on customer requirements this can be higher. MHE equipment will be used when necessary.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills as main workload consists of working from paper and RF Scanner.
- Picking and stock counting will be required to be done from a picking cage so will be expected to be lifted to a maximum of 9M high.
- Stock counts will be conducted on an individual basis so care and thoroughness is a must.
- Be confident in using packing equipment such as manual and automatic banders and automatic pallet wrapper.
- Unloading of containers will be a weekly occurrence and on busy weeks can be daily.
- Tipping of such is to be completed in agreed timescale in the correct manner.
- Goods unloaded to be cross checked to delivery paperwork and any discrepancies highlighted immediately.
- A high percentage of goods receipted is batch and date sensitive so is imperative this task is completed thoroughly.
- Upon receipt of palletised goods, check off and report directly to admin to ensure a satisfactory turnaround time for our customers is met.
- Undertake general Warehouse duties such as, Rework, Re-palletising products, wrapping pallets, stock checking, pick checking and any other warehouse requirement needed.
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained, and to follow all company procedures in relation to health & safety.
- Help maintain a tidy and safe working environment ensuring housekeeping standards are followed daily.
- To report any issues or concerns to your Controller as and when they arise.
- Complete necessary paperwork for associated duties including timesheets.
