Expect Distribution are looking for an FLT Warehouse Operative for the Distribution Warehouse. A counterbalance license is essential for the role, with 2 year’s previous experience in a fast paced environment. Ideally, the successful candidate will also have 6 months experience using scanners.
45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 14:30 PM - 24.00 AM.
The role is subject to a successful onsite FLT assessment during the interview process.

We are looking for a Class 1 Driver to support our Contract department. It is essential that the applicant has a Class 1 licence and have driven this category of vehicle within the last 2 years. Flexibility in shift times, hours of work and duties is essential, with experience of working within the pallet network.
The candidate must hold a current digital tacho card and will also be required to undergo a driving assessment as part of the recruitment process.
Working Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday/ Sunday. On average 55 hours per week.

We are currently looking for a HR Advisor to work full time at our Bradford office. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be required to provide HR support to all departments, managing and coordinating HR processes including recruitment, absence management, disciplinary, grievance & capability procedures.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Providing HR advice to managers and colleagues
· Supporting in disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings
· Manage the recruitment process, including recruitment adverts, short listing applicants and arranging interviews/assessment days

· Advise managers on absence management and ensure procedures are followed
· Maintaining HR records both manual and electronic
· Producing HR reports for both HR and other business functions.

The successful candidate should fit the following criteria:-
Skills, Knowledge and Qualities:
· Strong administration skills, attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative.
· Fully proficient with business software such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Mail Merge.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferable more than 3 years
· CIPD qualification, Level 3 or above, desirable
· Experience of using a HR software system
Hours will be Monday to Friday 40 hours per week; times are flexible and will be discussed at interview stage.
The position is maternity cover for for a minimum of 9 months.
