As a seasonal business with a huge growth focus, particularly in the E-Commerce market, it was incredibly important to find a 3PL partner who could work with us to implement our forecasted increase in business while retaining the service levels we have provided our customers with for over 200 years.

Expect carried out our onboarding during our peak selling period. This included integration of our systems to their WMS; transporting our stock from the old warehouse to Expect and bringing in our inbound containers of stock from overseas. Whilst we experienced some teething problems, the communication from Expect and the ownership of issues from top-down was unlike any other service provider we’ve worked with before. Expect worked with us to find a contract manager who would understand the intricacies of our account, and as soon as she came on board our business has thrived. Our average time to dispatch has more than halved, and our OTIF orders have increased exponentially.

We were searching for a partner for our warehousing and distribution, not just a supplier and we have certainly found that with Expect. From dealing with the nuances of amazon deliveries, foreseeing potential issues and presenting and implementing cost-savings across all services, I cannot fault the team at Expect and I look forward to continuing our relationship.
