Festive Period Service 2025 / 2026
Expect Distribution would like to let all customers know our Christmas opening hours and service availability over the festive period.
We’ll continue to provide a full collection and delivery service across the Christmas and New Year period, in line with customer requirements.
Please Note :- Collections required on the 27th & 30th December must be input before 12pm the working day prior to guarantee collection. Please see full stipulations on following page.

| Monday | 22/12 | Last day for 48hr Economy service collection for Pre-Christmas delivery. Offices open as usual. |
| Tuesday | 23/12 | Normal delivery service. Last collections for delivery on 24/12 (AM) or any available delivery day thereafter. Offices open as usual. |
| Wednesday | 24/12 | Normal delivery service. Last collections for delivery on 24/12 (AM) or any available delivery day thereafter. Offices open as usual. |
| Tuesday | 24/12 | Final Pre-Christmas deliveries (AM). No collections. Offices close 12 Noon. |
| Wednesday | 25/12 | No Service - Offices closed |
| Thursday | 26/12 | No Service - Offices closed |
| Friday | 27/12 | Normal Saturday service available – offices close 12 Noon. |
| Saturday | 28/12 | Normal delivery service available. Collection service operating for consignments input on the 24/12 (AM) or prior. Offices close 5pm |
| Monday | 30/12 | Normal delivery service. Last collections for delivery on 31/12 or any available delivery day thereafter. Offices open as usual. |
| Wednesday | 31/12 | Normal delivery service available. No collections. Office closure time, intended to be as early as reasonably practicable once we have completed all our duties for our Customers, Networks & Partners. Calls will be diverted once all drivers have completed their deliveries successfully. |
| Thursday | 1/1 | No Service - offices closed. |
| Friday | 2/1 | Normal service resumes with full collection & delivery service. |
| Saturday | 3/1 | Normal Saturday service available – offices close 12 Noon |
