Since switching our distribution services to Expect Distribution in 2010 we are delighted to say our relationship has gone from strength to strength.

What we most like about working with Expect is that their dedication to customer service is paramount. This is proven by their flexible approach which is based on making sure our interests come first; whilst we have a dedicated account manager, we can contact Expect at any time with a query and receive similarly excellent customer service levels from all members of the team, and likewise where Expect have a query with us this is always done in a timely manner. Of course ultimately this benefits our customers as well.

Expect have recently acknowledged that our business is continuing to grow and have devised a tailored service to provide us with two of our own branded trailers dedicated to shipping our freight. The support we have received whilst implementing this has been second to none and the onus has very much been on Expect with only a small amount of input from ourselves.

All of this with the added bonus of being next door to Expect results in a fantastic service provided!
