Working closely with Expect to create an innovative business model, we have managed to change an industry. As our whole product range is delivered on pallets direct to the end consumer, it was vital we partnered with a pallet delivery company who could match our customer centric values and cope with our rapid growth and seasonality. We met with a number of companies prior to going with Expect, all members of various pallet networks and Expect stood out from the crowd due to their professionalism and large experienced customer service team. They helped us develop the range and ensured everything we sent could fit on a standard pallet. With their expansion plans and credible history, we were confident we could develop a great long term partnership.

They are in regular contact to check if everything is ok and it is apparent continuous improvement is a big area for them as they often ask for feedback and in which they can improve. They are happy to come out to visit us in order to learn about our company and meet the people who they speak to on the phone. It has been a pleasure working with Expect and getting to know the people in their team and we hope this will continue for many years.

We have recently embarked upon a new project with Expect delivering log cabins using HIAB vehicles across the UK. We are confident this could be another industry disrupting venture.
