Customer Care Assistant Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Customer Care Assistant Supervisor.

Main duties of the role will include

Providing excellent customer service to our customers

Ensure that we maximise financial performance of the business

The role will involve liaising with other departments to ensure that all customer/depot queries are dealt with efficiently and in a professional manner.

You will be required to maintain up to date and accurate records of customer /depot discussions and correspondence and review performance and spend of customers putting actions in place to increase and improve.

Assist the Customer relationship manager in manging and developing relationships with customers

Assist in the management of the customer care team

Suitable candidates will have

Previous Customer Care and Account Management experience

Excellent communication skills and Time Management.

A good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and IT skills.

Ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team

Previous supervisory experience would be desirable.

In addition relevant Transport experience would be advantageous.

5 GCSE’s at C and above to include English and maths

Hours – Monday to Friday, Hours 42.5 per week 9.00am to 6.00pm.
