Expect Continue their Recruitment Drive

On Saturday 22^nd May Expect will host their 4^th HGV Driver open day at their head office on Staithgate Lane in Bradford between 10am and 12pm, and all HGV Drivers are invited to visit the site and join the team for an informal chat and free refreshments.

The business is currently recruiting Class 1 and 2, General, Contract and Cover Drivers and although you can apply directly through their website at www.Expectdistribution.com they want to provide the opportunity for drivers to see for themselves what Expect is all about.

Expect Distribution has continued to recruit throughout the pandemic to manage their continuous business growth.

The company has also battled the UK shortage of HGV Drivers by upping their game in relation to employee benefits. In 2020 Expect revisited their benefits and  increased employee holidays to a maximum of 33 days a year plus bank holidays, introduced a company healthcare scheme, built a gym at one of their sites for employee use, enhanced Maternity and Paternity leave and agreed to fund all driver medicals.
