Stores Direct have been using the warehousing and distribution services of Expect Distribution for nearly 10 years, and have found the service levels, forward thinking, professional approach and experience in handling many of our heavy but fragile niche home heating products a key factor in the progress and growth of the business.

Many key improvements have been implemented over the past 10 years to fine tune the procedures in place at Expect Distribution, workflow enhancements along with an integrated stock system at Expect has enabled Stores Direct to have full visibility of stock levels and stock movements, with live stock reports available to internal staff through a web portal interface.

Live integration of the Expect stock system, directly linked to the Stores Direct e-Commerce platforms allows orders placed on any of the Stores Direct web sites to be immediately processed and sent directly to Expect Distributions stock system generating a live pick order, seamlessly.

Our deliveries are usually to residential delivery addresses and can be in testing rural locations due to the nature of our product.
Expect take care of the delivery arrangements from start to finish ensuring that our customers are satisfied.

The customer care team report back with any issues to keep us informed where necessary and produce our month end KPI report which is an extremely useful management tool and our delivery success rate with Expect is over 98.5% over the year.
