I have been a customer of Expect Distribution since the days of “Pennine Parcels”…
As I was growing my business with my father, Neil was doing the same with Bob.

Subsequently we merged our business 12 years ago and last year saw us sell to a £560M group who saw the value we can give.

Expect Distribution have been constant in the business for nearly 30 years…and the service we get is second to none.

 I would not trust any other carrier to deliver on the promises we make to our customers. We supply a product which is very often a “just in time” requirement and our customers expect us to deliver whatever the circumstances.

 Expect do just that and when there are problems outside of their control we are always informed so that we can, in turn, inform our customer.

Communication is key to any relationship and we have fantastic communication from the team at Expect.

When the goods leave our warehouse the relationship carries forward with Expect and I am always confident our promises will be delivered upon.
We will continue to stay with Expect and be extremely happy to do so.
