Expect Back At The Motor Transport Awards

Expect Distribution have once again been judged as one of the elite transport operators in the UK.

We have recently been announced as one of four finalists in the Customer Care section of the prestigious Motor Transport Awards 2009.

Following receipt of the Haulier Of The Year award at the corresponding ceremony in 2007, the directors and staff are delighted that the quality of service which we provide to our customers is being recognised.

Neil Rushworth, Operations Director said, “In many ways receiving the Customer Care award would be just as important as receiving the Haulier Of The Year award. Our whole company revolves around a focus on high standards and quality in terms of the service we aim to provide to our clients. Our family run ethics mean that it is important that we get close to our customers needs and understand what they want from their haulier. To be acknowledged at the awards is testament to this”.

Judging is based on all elements of customer service and methods employed. The winner and finalists must be seen to be excelling in this area of their business in order to provide their clients with value added service and efficiency.

The winner is announced at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 1 July 2009.
